Bring us the problem. We'll build the tool.

AI Tools is our bespoke build service. You bring a real workflow problem — the kind that eats your team's week — and we build the small, governed tool that takes it off their plate. No demos, no decks, no "AI strategy roadmap." A working tool, used by real people, with the guardrails in before it goes live.

What AI Tools actually is

Not strategy. Not workshops. Tools.

Most AI consulting conversations stall at strategy workshops, capability assessments, and roadmaps that describe what could be done in 18 months. Useful slides, but nobody's hours got shorter. AI Tools skips the deck. We sit with the team doing the work, identify the workflow that's bleeding time, and ship a small, governed tool that actually runs in their week.

We work where you work — SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, your existing document stores, your existing identity provider. No new platform to learn, no separate tenancy to govern, no "AI portal" sitting alongside the tools your staff already have open. The tool shows up inside the workflow it's meant to help, behaves like the rest of your stack, and leaves an audit trail your governance team can actually defend.

Approach

Listen. Prototype. Govern. Ship.

Four steps from "we should look at AI" to a tool your team uses weekly.

01

Listen

We start with the workflow, not the model. Where the hours go, where the risk sits, what "good" looks like to your team.

02

Prototype

A working tool in days, not a deck in weeks. Tested against real council content and the actual people who'll use it.

03

Govern

Use-case register, risk framing, and staff guidance go in before the tool does. Defensible to your CEO and audit committee.

04

Ship

Hand-over, training, and the boring bits — versioning, monitoring, kill-switch — so the tool keeps working after we leave.

Capabilities

The work, in plain words.

Bespoke tool build

Briefing assistants, report drafters, intake triage, knowledge-base copilots — scoped to one workflow at a time.

AI governance

Use-case registers, risk frameworks, and staff guidance aligned to your council's risk appetite.

Data readiness

Document corpus audit, retrieval pipelines, and privacy-safe data handling for council content.

Enablement

Workshops, prompt libraries, and lightweight training that meets staff where they actually are.

A note

Where AI doesn't belong.

Not every problem wants an AI in it. Anything legally or ethically consequential where the audit trail has to be human reasoning, not model output. Anything where the cost of being wrong is high and the cost of being slow is low. Anything where the team will use AI to bypass governance you actually need. We tell you when you're better off without it.

Let's talk

Got an AI use-case worth getting right?

Tell us the workflow. We'll come back with what's worth building — and what isn't.
